At NYTIRIE, we carefully prepare and pack every order before it leaves our hands. Because many of our products are personal-use, ritual, and energy-based products, we maintain specific guidelines for returns and refunds to ensure the quality and integrity of every product.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns only for products that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or received in an unacceptable condition.

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

* The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

* The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

* Clear photographs and/or an unboxing video may be required to verify the condition of the package and product.

* The order number and relevant details must be provided when contacting us.

Returns or replacements are subject to verification and approval by the NYTIRIE team.

Products We Cannot Accept for Return

For hygiene, safety, and product-integrity reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been:

* Opened or used

* Altered or tampered with

* Damaged after delivery

* Returned without prior approval

* Purchased incorrectly based on personal preference

* Used as part of a personal ritual or spiritual practice

Products that have been opened, used, or energetically worked with cannot be resold and therefore are not eligible for return or refund.

Wrong or Missing Product

If you receive an incorrect product or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide your order number along with photographs and/or an unboxing video where applicable. Once verified, we will arrange for the correct product to be shipped or provide an appropriate resolution.

Damaged Products

We take great care while packing our products. However, if an item is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

* Your order number

* Photographs of the outer packaging

* Photographs of the damaged product

* An unboxing video, where available

Once the issue has been verified, NYTIRIE may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances and availability of the product.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed to the original payment method used for the order.

The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or card issuer.

Shipping charges, where applicable, may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a verified damaged/defective product.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be eligible for cancellation only before they have been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the order will be subject to our return policy.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges simply due to a change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect selection.

Exchanges or replacements may be provided in cases where the product received is incorrect, damaged, or defective, subject to verification.

Sale & Promotional Products

Products purchased during special promotions, clearance sales, or limited-time offers may be subject to additional return or refund restrictions. Any such conditions will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

NYTIRIE products are created as spiritual, ritual, lifestyle, and personal-intention products. Individual experiences and results may vary.

We do not guarantee specific spiritual, emotional, financial, health, relationship, or other personal outcomes from the use of our products. Refunds cannot be requested on the basis of an expected spiritual or personal result not being experienced.

* The product name

* A brief description of the issue

* Relevant photographs and/or an unboxing video

Our team will review your request and respond with the next steps.
